10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

Upon termination, you will forfeit any remaining account balance if the termination resulted from your breach of these terms. If we terminate your account without cause, we will return any remaining balance after deducting any amounts owed to us.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
